Terms of Service – BlossomSMP Webshop

By making a purchase on the BlossomSMP Webshop, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. General

  • This webshop sells digital in-game items for the Minecraft server BlossomSMP.

  • All purchases are voluntary and help support the server.

  • BlossomSMP is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

2. Digital Products

  • All products sold are digital goods and will be delivered in-game.

  • No physical items are sold.

  • Delivery usually happens automatically or within a reasonable time after purchase.

3. No Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be given.

  • Due to the nature of digital goods, purchases cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.

  • This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Accidental purchases

    • Bans or mutes

    • Server resets or wipes

    • Changes in gameplay balance

  • By purchasing, you explicitly agree to waive your right to withdrawal, where legally allowed, as the product is a digital item delivered immediately.

If local laws do not allow a full “no refund” policy, refunds will only be granted when legally required.

4. Bans & Punishments

  • If you are banned or punished on BlossomSMP, you will not receive a refund for any purchases.

  • Purchased items or ranks do not grant immunity from rules or punishments.

5. Changes to Products

  • BlossomSMP reserves the right to:

    • Modify or remove products

    • Adjust perks, items, or features

    • Reset items due to server updates, balance changes, or technical issues

  • These changes do not entitle the buyer to a refund.

6. Abuse & Chargebacks

  • Chargebacks or payment disputes without a valid reason may result in:

    • Permanent ban from the server

    • Blacklisting from future purchases

  • Attempted fraud will be handled accordingly.

7. Responsibility

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to:

    • Enter the correct Minecraft username

    • Ensure they are purchasing on the correct server

  • BlossomSMP is not responsible for mistakes made during checkout.

8. Acceptance of Terms

  • By completing a purchase on the BlossomSMP Webshop, you confirm that:

    • You have read and understood these Terms of Service

    • You agree to all conditions listed above
